When you want to manifest success in the physical world, such as health security, safety, stability, money business or material possessions, the energy comes from the root chakra. A balanced root chakra increases energy for life and provides inner strength to find one’s purpose in life.

  • A balance root chakra: feel healthy, grounded, strong, vital, determined, lots of physical energy, can manifest abundance, love to live.
  • A blocked root chakra: feel insecure, anxious, unworthy, lack of confidence, fearful
  • Healing the Root Chakra

Our chakras respond directly to how we think or feel. Positive emotions allow good energy to flow freely and negative emotions close or weaken the chakra. Positive emotions transmit positive vibrations to the universe which in turn attract to us manifestations associating with those emotions. What we feel inside manifests in our physical world. Thus balancing or healing the root chakra start with having good emotions that support this energy center.

    1)Healing Through Color

The resonating color for the root chakra is red. You can wear red clothing or red gemstone. Look at things that are red that please you. I have two red lamp sheds which give a red glow when I turn on the lamp.

Eat red fruits and vegetables such as apple, cherries, cranberries, pomegranates, strawberries, red water melon, red dates, radishes, red tomatoes, beetroot, red capsicum, red pepper, red potatoes, rhubard

We can visualize red energy and the positive emotions that are good for the root chakra Select a quiet environment, you can stand, sit or lie down in a comfortable, relaxing position. Clear your mind of any other color and imagine clear beautiful red energy gently flowing into the root chakra. Keep the red energy flowing in a clock wise moment, expanding outwards until it fills up the entire root chakra areas. I like to say my affirmations during the visualization exercise. It creates positive feelings and empower me towards what I want to achieve in life or even just for the day. You can create affirmations that suits your situation. Below are some examples.
