The crown chakra is located at the top of the head. The crown chakra is the spiritual center for connection with the Devine and the universe. While the root chakra relates one with mother earth, the crown chakra provides the link to God and spirituality. When this chakra is balance, one can experience wholesomeness, enlightenment and perfection of the mind, body and spirit. The colors that vibrates to the frequency of this chakra is violet or white.
Balance chakra: Trust in higher guidance, lead a balanced meaningful life, trust life,have faith and inspiration
Blocked chakra: Feeling lack of purpose in life, loss of identity, feeling unsure, fear and anxiety, egoistical, giving up faith on yourself and the Divine.
Healing The Crown ChakraOur chakras respond directly to how we think or feel. Positive emotions allow good energy to flow freely and negative emotions close or weaken the chakra. Positive emotions transmit positive vibrations to the universe and in turn draw to us manifestations associating with those emotions.A quiet and peaceful surrounding helps. 1)Healing Through Color The resonating color for crown chakra is violet or white. You can wear violet or white clothing or gemstone. Look at the color violet around you. A quiet and peaceful environment is good for the crown chakra.
Eat purple fruits and vegetables such as dark grapes, blueberries, blackberries ,plums, prunes grapefruit, purple cabbage, purple carrot, eggplant, purple cauliflower, purple yam or sweet potatoes.
Visualize violet energy and the good emotions for the crown chakra. Select a quiet environment , stand, sit or lie down in a comfortable relaxing position. Clear your mind of any other color or thoughts. Then imagine a clear beautiful violet or white energy flowing gently into this chakra. Keep the violet or white energy spinning in a clock wise movement and expand it outward until it fills up the entire crown chakra area. Feel the white light descend on you and surround your entire being. Feel the love, peace and calmness that it brings.
